Como corrigir o erro dos serviços Project Server Events Service and Queue Service

Após atualizar ou instalar o EPM, uma coisa interessante aconteceu depois que o servidor foi reinicializado.
Recebi a seguinte mensagem de erro:

Ao olhar em Serviços, os dois eventos Microsoft Office Project Server Events Service e Microsoft Office Project Server Queue Service estavam parados. Mesmo ao tentar inicializa-los na mão, os mesmos não inicializaram.

Após procurar MUITO e consultar alguns consultores da BHS, descobri que o Project Server 2007 exige conexão a internet para validar um Certificado da Microsoft.

Como essa possibilidade não existia no cliente, passei a procurar e encontrei esses passos:

Passo 1: Download manual dos certificados usando um computador com acesso a Internet

• http://crl.microsoft.com/pki/crl/products/CSPCA.crl
• http://crl.microsoft.com/pki/crl/products/CodeSignPCA2.crl

Passo 2: Copiar os certificados para o Servidor do Project Server para um diretório temporário (ex: C:\Temp)

Passo 3: Abra o prompt de comando como administrador e execute os seguintes comandos:

cd\Temp


certutil -addstore CA CSPCA.crl


certutil -addstore CA CodeSignPCA2.crl


 

Você verá as seguintes mensagens:

Passo 4: Reinicie o Servidor

Após reiniciar e fazer o login, abra o Event Viewer e veja os logs de Aplicação dois registros: um para pjevtsvc e um para ProjectQueueService.
